4. Community rules
How to get the most out of AI Fellowship Plus
The goal of this program is simple: help you land your first AI/automation client as fast as possible, without wasting time on noise. The roadmap and daily actions are one part of that. The other part is the community — getting help from people who are already doing this, so you don’t have to figure everything out alone.
So use the community. Ask questions. Request feedback. Share wins. The more you participate, the more value you’ll get out of this.
At the same time, we need a few simple rules so the space stays focused, respectful, and useful for everyone.
1. Ask questions in the community, not DMs
If you get stuck, confused, or need feedback, post in the forum, not in private messages.
Why?
Because public questions create:
- accountability for you
- support from more people, not just one person
- a searchable answer that helps future members with the same problem
In other words, one good post helps you now and someone else later.
DMs are fine for sensitive things (billing, personal stuff), but if it’s about strategy, tech, offers, outreach, etc., post it in the community.
2. Do your minimum homework before asking
We’re here to help, but we’re not here to repeat what’s already in the module you’re watching.
Before you post a question:
- watch the lesson you’re on from start to finish
- read the written material under it
- do a quick search in the community using a keyword or two
If you still don’t understand something after that, ask. That’s totally fine. Just avoid questions that could be solved by watching the first five minutes of the lesson.
3. No spam, no low-effort promo
This community is not an ad board.
We have a separate thread to drive traffic to your YouTube or LinkedIn, use it.
Otherwise, if you share something, it should be because it’s genuinely useful to others — not because you want clicks.
5. Use the right tabs
To keep things organized and easy to navigate, please post in the right place:
- 🛠 Project Help – technical questions, bugs, workflows, agents, APIs
- 🗣 Feedback – cold emails, Upwork applications, landing pages, offers, scripts
- 🏆 Wins – client wins, progress, breakthroughs
- 📆 Daily Accountability – what you did today/this week in terms of revenue-generating actions
- 🚀 Content Accountability – your content commitments, uploads, and check-ins
If you use the right tab, you’ll get better and faster answers.
6. Minimum accountability standard
You don’t have to write essays every day, but this is an accountability-focused program, so we do have a minimum standard.
- Ideal: you post a short accountability update every day.
- Minimum: once per week, you post a recap of what you’ve done in terms of revenue-generating activities:
- cold emails sent
- Upwork applications submitted
- sales calls booked or held
- demos, follow-ups, content posted, etc.
If you’re not willing to do at least a weekly accountability check-in, the program will be much less effective for you.
