Part 1: What You're Getting

This pack gives you 11 Claude Code skills that build a complete B2B lead generation pipeline - from finding leads to sending personalized cold emails. Here's what each one does.

Scrape Leads

Scrapes B2B leads from multiple sources using Apify. Supports Google Maps, Google Search, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more. Verifies data quality and classifies leads with AI.

You need: APIFY_API_TOKEN (from apify.com).

Google Maps Leads

Generates B2B leads specifically from Google Maps with deep contact enrichment. Extracts business name, phone, email, website, reviews, and more.

You need: APIFY_API_TOKEN. ANTHROPIC_API_KEY.

Google SERP Leads

Scrapes Google search results for a query and extracts 100+ contact fields per result using AI. Good for finding specific types of businesses.

You need: APIFY_API_TOKEN. ANTHROPIC_API_KEY.

Enrich Emails

Finds missing email addresses for leads using Tomba.io. Takes a list of leads with company domains and finds the right contact emails.

You need: TOMBA_API_KEY. TOMBA_API_SECRET.

Classify Leads

Takes email replies from cold outreach and classifies them as interested, not interested, out of office, etc. using Claude AI batch processing. Helps you prioritize follow-ups.

You need: ANTHROPIC_API_KEY. Google OAuth credentials for Sheets.

Casualize Names

Batch-converts formal business names into casual, human-friendly versions for cold email personalization. "Johnson & Associates LLC" becomes "Johnson & Associates". Prevents awkward formal names in casual emails.

You need: ANTHROPIC_API_KEY.

Personalize Leads

Scrapes each lead's website and generates deeply personalized icebreaker lines for cold emails. Makes every email feel hand-written.

You need: ANTHROPIC_API_KEY.

Deep Research

Researches leads in depth - company info, team, recent news, pain points. Generates personalized pitch decks for high-value prospects.

You need: ANTHROPIC_API_KEY.

SmartLead Campaigns

Creates and manages cold email campaigns in SmartLead. Uploads leads, assigns sender accounts, sets up email sequences. Campaigns are created but NOT started automatically - you review first.

You need: SMARTLEAD_API_KEY. ANTHROPIC_API_KEY.

SmartLead Autoreply

Monitors cold email responses and generates smart replies. Classifies response intent and drafts appropriate follow-ups for your review.

You need: SMARTLEAD_API_KEY. ANTHROPIC_API_KEY.

Clean Inboxes

Bulk-cleans Gmail inboxes by labeling and organizing emails. Categorizes into Accounting, Receipts, Noise, Newsletter, Partnership, and Require Attention.

You need: Google OAuth credentials.

Part 2: Copy-Paste This Into Claude Code

Copy everything below and paste it into Claude Code. It will install everything and guide you through setup.

I want you to install and set up the Lead Generation skill pack. Here's what to do:

Step 1 - Install the skills:

Run these commands:

git clone https://github.com/bohdan-aif/cc-lead-generation.git /tmp/cc-lead-generation

cd /tmp/cc-lead-generation && ./install.sh --all

Step 2 - Check my API keys:

Check if I have these environment variables set and help me add any that are missing to my ~/.zshrc:

  • APIFY_API_TOKEN (from apify.com - needed for scraping)
  • ANTHROPIC_API_KEY (from console.anthropic.com - needed for AI classification/personalization)
  • TOMBA_API_KEY and TOMBA_API_SECRET (from tomba.io - needed for email enrichment)
  • SMARTLEAD_API_KEY (from smartlead.ai - needed for campaign management)

Not all keys are needed for all skills. Tell me which skills each key unlocks so I can prioritize.

Step 3 - Check dependencies:

Make sure I have python3 and these pip packages: apify-client, anthropic, google-auth, google-auth-oauthlib, google-api-python-client, python-dotenv, requests. Install anything missing.

Step 4 - Set up Google OAuth (if I want to use Sheets-based skills):

Check if I have Google OAuth credentials set up. If not, walk me through:

  1. Creating a Google Cloud project
  2. Enabling Sheets API and Gmail API
  3. Creating OAuth credentials
  4. Saving credentials.json to my config directory

Step 5 - Configure SmartLead (if I have an account):

If I have SMARTLEAD_API_KEY set, help me configure:

  • My sender email accounts
  • Default campaign settings
  • My booking URL for auto-reply CTAs

Step 6 - Verify installation:

List all 11 installed skills and which ones are ready to use based on my available API keys. For skills that aren't ready, tell me exactly what's missing.

After setup, give me a summary showing: ready skills, partially ready skills (missing optional keys), and skills that need more setup.
