3. Add more prospects to the list

At this stage, our goal is not to spend entire days scraping thousands of leads. The objective is momentum — getting campaigns running early and keeping them running consistently.

You already scraped your first 1,000 prospects in the earlier “Start scraping leads” module. That gave you the full infrastructure: scraping, cleaning, merging, and preparing your CSV with the required fields.

Now we follow a simple rhythm:

We add prospects in batches — not all at once.

Instead of pausing your campaign for a full day to build a massive list, we split it into manageable chunks. Think of it like eating an elephant: one piece at a time.

This approach gives you 3 big advantages:

  • Your campaign launches faster
  • You avoid burnout from scraping for hours
  • You continuously feed fresh leads into the system

For Month 1, the target is 4–6 thousand prospects total. So today, as your campaign begins warming up, we prepare the next batch.

Your Task Today: Scrape Another 1,000 Leads

You already know the process — but if you need a refresher, go back to the “Scrape Your List” lesson and review the exact steps.

As a reminder, every prospect you collect must include at minimum:

  • Email
  • First Name
  • Company Name
  • Personalization snippet

This is what ensures deliverability, relevance, and higher reply rates.

Once your new batch is ready, simply upload it to your outreach tool and let it run alongside your existing campaign.

Why We Do It This Way

While your emails are going out daily, you invest just 20–30 minutes every few days to scrape and personalize your next thousand prospects. No stress. No heavy scraping marathons. No pausing campaigns.

This keeps everything moving smoothly and ensures your pipeline stays full without overwhelming your schedule.
