1. Catch up with outstanding tasks

Today, we’re taking a break from sending Upwork applications.

It’s been two full weeks since you started the program, and you’ve been following a very intensive schedule — applying daily, recording videos, keeping up with content, sales, and system work. It’s normal if things feel a bit backed up or mentally heavy at this point.

Instead of pushing more applications today, use this time to catch up on anything outstanding.

That might include:

• replying to leads or ongoing conversations
• finishing or polishing a piece of content
• finalizing your website
• completing the bug / friction exercise
• taking care of small admin tasks you’ve been postponing

The goal today is to reduce mental load and clear open loops.

Later today, we’ll also start scraping leads. This is an important step and the tutorial is more intensive than usual, so make sure you leave enough time and focus to complete it properly.

Don’t push this one to “later.”

Get it done today so everything downstream runs smoothly.
