2. Start publishing content

Now that you’ve chosen your content channel and you understand how each platform works… it’s time to execute.
From today forward, you’ll complete one content task every single day.
This is non-negotiable. Content = attention. Attention = revenue.
Your content is now part of your full-time job.
1. Your Daily Targets (Depending on Your Channel)
If you chose short-form (Reels/TikTok/Shorts):
Post 1 short-form video every day.
I’ll attach:
- my personal publishing automation (TikTok/Instagram)
Short-form is a volume game.
20 reels in 20 days → find the 1 that pops → repeat that style until it dies.
If you chose text-based (LinkedIn / X / Threads):
Post 1 text post every day.
I’ll attach:
n8n automation to scrape LinkedIn and generate content ideas
Text is easier than video. But it has shorter shelf life. That’s fine — authenticity + volume compensates.
If you chose YouTube (recommended):
Aim for 1–2 long-form videos per week.
Use a 3-day cycle:
- Day 1: Research + outline
- Day 2: Film
- Day 3: Edit (or delegate editing and free up time)
If a video requires more depth, give yourself two days for research and one for recording.
But stick to the rhythm. Consistency makes YouTube compound.
2. The Only Path to High Volume AND High Quality
We need both quantity and quality.
Ideally, you want to get to the point where your production to publishing ratio is as close to 1:1 as possible. This is only possible if you make content about what you actually do.
Show:
- the automations you built yesterday
- the mistakes you made
- the systems you shipped for clients
- what you learned inside this program
- what your accountability group helped you fix
When you talk about what’s real, you don’t need:
- scripts
- outlines
- 20 hours of prep
- a full production workflow
You hit record → talk → upload.
This is the ultimate “cheat code” to sustainable content.
Trying to be someone you’re not is the fastest way to burn out.
Authenticity will save you hundreds of hours and help you grow 10x faster.
3. The “Be Known For One Thing” Principle
Every creator who wins becomes “the ____ guy.”
- Nate Herk → the n8n guy
- Jannis Moore → the AI voice guy
- Iman Gadzhi→ the agency scaling guy (info products guy now)
Pick your “thing." and lean into it.
Being known for one thing produces more inbound than being good at ten things.
4. The Hard Truth About Skill Development
If you feel awkward in front of a camera — good.
If your English isn’t perfect — good.
If you ramble — good.
You’re at the beginning.
You’re supposed to suck.
I still struggle with free-flow videos.
I’m a non-native English speaker.
I don’t practice English all day.
I ramble. My editors still cut a ton.
The solution isn’t to avoid video.
The solution is reps.
You will only get better if you keep posting.
The more authentic you become, the faster you’ll improve.
The more consistent you are, the easier it gets.
5. Accountability: The Superpower of This Program
This is the highest-ROI part of the entire content track.
Here’s our agreement:
Every time you publish, you post in the Content Accountability Thread with your link.
Everyone else will:
- click the video/post
- watch it
- like it
- subscribe
- comment
This gives your content the early engagement boost platforms love.
In your first content accountability post:
Define your punishment for missing your target.
My group runs 16 km (10 miles) if we miss a week.
If you love running, pick another punishment.
But pick something that stings.
I’ll be participating too.
6. Your Mission Today
If you chose short-form or text-based:
Publish your first post today.
If you chose YouTube:
Start Day 1 of your research + outline.
You’ll publish your first video this week.
Then post in the accountability thread.
Your post should include:
- your channel choice
- your weekly publishing commitment
- your punishment
- your first piece of content
This is how we build momentum.
