2. Start tracking your work

If you don’t track your inputs, you’ll lie to yourself — unintentionally.

Almost everyone thinks they’re doing a lot.

But when you look at the numbers?

It’s usually 7 applications a week instead of 50–70 — and that’s why results feel random.

To fix this, we’re going to track your output daily. No fancy tools. No dashboards.

Just a simple Google Sheet with four columns:

  1. Applications Sent
  2. Applications Opened (client viewed your proposal)
  3. Meetings Booked
  4. Deals Closed

That’s it.

Why this works:

  • It keeps you honest.
  • It removes emotion from the process.
  • It makes your progress visible.
  • It exposes whether you have a volume problem or a quality problem.

This sheet becomes your truth.

When you see the numbers, you know exactly what you need to adjust — instead of guessing or feeling lost.

📌 Your task today:

  • Create a simple Google Sheet with the four columns above.
  • Update it every single day (takes 30 seconds).
  • Post a screenshot of your setup in the accountability thread.

If you build this habit now, you’ll never again wonder “Why isn’t this working?” — the numbers will tell you.
