Here's the full roadmap. We start with what Claude Code actually is — in plain English, no jargon. Then we install it together, set up an IDE so you have a comfortable workspace, and have your first real conversation with Claude Code.

From there, we dive into CLAUDE.md — the most important file in all of Claude Code, the one that gives your AI permanent context about who you are and what you're working on. Then we build. Twice. First, a full website from scratch just by talking to Claude Code. Second, an analytics dashboard using Plan Mode — where Claude Code plans like an architect before building.

After the live builds, we break down the concepts that make you a power user: context management (how Claude Code's memory works), permission modes (how much freedom you give it), skills (reusable instructions that turn Claude Code into your custom team), MCP tools (connecting Claude Code to your email, calendar, databases), and agents (how Claude Code delegates work to sub-workers).
