This video orients you to AI First Academy. Below is a quick reference for what's inside and where to start.
Choose Your Path
Path A: Business Owner (make your own business AI-first)
- Claude Code Beginner (foundations)
- Become AI-First (the four-step framework)
- Resource Library (plug-and-play Claude Code skills and mini apps)
- Claude Cowork (tutorials and pre-configured plugins)
You don't need to learn how to build apps for clients. You just transform your own business.
Path B: Starting an AI Business from scratch (freelance, agency, monetize skills) You go through the full program:
- Claude Code Beginner
- Become AI-First (you become AI-first yourself before selling it)
- Claude Code Development (Adam's modules: agents, apps, automations)
- Claude Cowork (plug-and-play business department plugins to sell)
- Client Acquisition (outreach, lead generation, pricing, sales, delivery)
Modules at a Glance
1. Claude Code Beginner (12 lessons, zero experience required) What Claude Code is, installation and setup, IDE (Cursor or Antigravity), CLAUDE.md, permission modes, context management, Skills, MCP tools, agents. Same video is also on YouTube. Follow along carefully. This is the foundation for everything else.
2. Become AI-First (the framework) Four steps:
- Learn (covered by the Beginner course)
- Wire Claude interviews you about your business and builds your "business brain": context files, department structure, process maps. After this, Claude knows your business and you never re-explain anything.
- Automate Turn processes into AI-powered departments. Pre-built skill packs for lead generation, content, client management, business operations.
- Scale Multiply: more clients, more products, more content. Track KPIs like hours reclaimed, revenue per person, AI coverage. You can also sell this transformation to other businesses.
3. Claude Code Development (Adam's technical deep dive) Zero to a deployed full-stack AI application. By the end you have a deployed app with a public URL, a GitHub portfolio, and the skills to build for clients. New lessons added regularly.
4. Claude Cowork (newer addition) Adam is building plug-and-play plugins for Claude's desktop app. Examples:
- Marketing plugin: pulls Meta ads, builds reports, analyzes winning creatives, generates new creatives from competitor research
- Social Media Manager: connects to Instagram, responds to DMs, acts as an appointment center
Real business department automations. Configure to your brand and accounts. Pretty much one-click install.
5. Client Acquisition (Bohdan's modules) Business foundation, positioning, offer, confidence, sales framework. Lead gen methods: heavy focus on Upwork, content creation, cold emails. You get a daily task to actually move the needle.
Commit to one day at a time for at least 4 to 8 weeks. Tick the checkbox after each task. Show up daily. That's how momentum compounds.
Claude Code vs Claude Cowork (When to Use Which)
Claude Code runs in your terminal/IDE. Full file access, runs scripts, calls any API, builds apps. Unlimited power. Use it if you're solo or a small team doing the work yourself. This is the technical foundation we teach.
Claude Cowork is the desktop app. Same AI, but sandboxed: only approved connectors by default. Safer for teams. Easier interface, controlled environment, share plugins with a team plan. No coding knowledge needed.
Selling to clients? Learn both.
- Smaller clients: full Claude Code setup (similar to Become AI-First)
- Bigger companies with multiple employees: sell Cowork with plugins. Easier to teach. Better security and control (which they care about).
Good news: Cowork plugins also work in Claude Code. Anything Adam builds as a Cowork plugin you can open in Claude Code and run right away.
Resource Library
Every skill and plugin we build is packaged here with two parts:
- What you're getting: plain explanation of what the skill does
- Copy-and-paste prompt: paste into Claude Code, it installs everything (GitHub link, install steps, config). Claude will ask for any API keys it needs.
You don't need to touch GitHub manually or understand code.
