You can use the system exactly as it is for recruitment agencies or internal hiring teams, or customize it for different roles, industries, and hiring criteria.

What You Need to Customize

Before running the workflow, make sure to update the following:

Job Role & Requirements

Update the job title and full job description used by the AI to evaluate candidates. This ensures screening and scoring are aligned with your actual hiring needs.

API Keys

Add your OpenAI API key, Fireflies API key, and any required Google (Drive, Sheets, Calendar) and Gmail credentials.

Forms & Storage

Connect your own Google Form, Google Drive folder, and Google Sheet so applications, resumes, and candidate data are stored in your workspace.

Airtable Schema

Map your Airtable base and tables (Candidates, Evaluations, Interviews, Shortlisted) to match the fields used in the workflow.

Calendly & Scheduling

Replace the Calendly link with your own and ensure your Google Calendar is connected for interview syncing.

Onboarding Template

Upload your own Google Slides onboarding template and adjust placeholder text (name, job title, etc.) used for personalization.
