Skill Development (1 skill)
Part 1: What You're Getting
This pack gives you 1 meta-skill - a skill for creating new Claude Code skills.
Writing Skills
A methodology guide for creating, testing, and deploying Claude Code skills using TDD (Test-Driven Development). Teaches you the SKILL.md format, how to structure skills, how to test them with subagents, and best practices from Anthropic's own guidelines. Use this when you want to create your own custom skills.
You need: Nothing. This is a pure methodology/documentation skill. No API keys, no scripts, no dependencies.
Part 2: Copy-Paste This Into Claude Code
Copy everything below and paste it into Claude Code.
I want you to install the Skill Development skill. Here's what to do:
Step 1 - Install the skill:
Run these commands:
git clone https://github.com/bohdan-aif/cc-skill-development.git /tmp/cc-skill-development
cd /tmp/cc-skill-development && ./install.sh --all
Step 2 - Verify installation:
Confirm the skill is installed at ~/.claude/skills/writing-skills/. List the files included.
Step 3 - Give me a quick overview:
Read the SKILL.md and the supporting files. Give me a brief summary of:
- The SKILL.md format and structure
- How to test skills with subagents
- The key best practices for writing effective skills
That's it - this skill is ready to use immediately. When I want to create a new skill, I'll use /writing-skills.
